The New York Giants have informed running back Ahmad Bradshaw that they will release him, according to multiple media reports.

In six seasons with the Giants, Bradshaw rushed for a combined 4,232 yards and 32 touchdowns. He helped the organization win two Super Bowl titles in 2007 and 2011.

Bradshaw was productive in 2012, but saw his playing time decreased with youngsters Andre Brown and David Wison on board.
