With training camp on the horizon, the Philadelphia Eagles have announced the signing of their sixth round draft pick; offensive tackle Jeremy Bridges. Bridges was a four-year starter at Southern Mississippi and hopes to someday step in and start on the Eagles offensive line. This signing shows the Eagles commitment to not have any rookies hold out during the beginning of practice at Lehigh, beginning July 25th.

Following in the footsteps of other Eagles draft picks Jamaal Green and Nate Lejune, Jeremy Bridges inked a deal with the team on Wednesday. As is club policy, the terms of the contract were not disclosed. Whatever amount, this signing ensures that Bridges will be in camp on time, and the team hopes that their top picks will as well. Still unsigned are defensive end Jerome McDougle, tight end L.J. Smith, and WR Billy McMullen.

More to come on other rookie signings as they happen. Stay tuned to EaglesInsider for more updates.
