<b>This has been an interesting off-season to say the least. There has been plenty to talk about and over the next 8 weeks I will examine each division. We'll look at one division each week leading up to opening night on Sept 4th when the New York Jets open up at the Washington Redskins to kick off the much-anticipated 2003-2004 season. We will begin with the division nearest and dearest to our hearts: The NFC East.</B>

The Eagles are still the team to beat in the east. It's been an up and down off-season for the beloved birds. They have parted ways with some popular veterans such as Hugh Douglass and Brian Mitchell, but have brought in some exciting new talents such as Jerome McDougle, L.J. Smith and Billy McMullen, to name a few. The defense has been one of the most feared in the league for a long time...
